| General Overview | Vogil is bright, cheerful and hard working. He is dedicated to his career, but he's found himself constantly held back by his father and his position in the Union. Vogil likes people and has a great "bedside" manner, helping people feel at ease, even in painful or uncomfortable situations. He is very intelligent and is willing to listen and be taught, making him an excellent student. He excelled at his classes, but has yet to be assigned to an actual starship.
